In order to make a refill request, your pet must be an established patient of Copper Point Veterinary Hospital with a current exam within
1 year for non-controlled medications, or within 6 months for
controlled medications or for conditions that
require special monitoring.

We will contact you when your medication is available for pick up.

Please allow a minimum of 24 hours to process most refills and
up to 72 hours for special order medications.

We will contact you if your request is not approved
or if the requested medication is not available.

*Controlled Substance Notification: Only a 30 day supply will be dispensed at one time; cannot be filled or refilled more than 5 times or more than 6 months after the date the prescription was issued, whichever occurs first.
